Interested in stretching? Never tried yoga before? This class is for you!
Experienced yoga teacher Jude leads a free community class where no experience with yoga is needed.
Options will be given to do the class on a chair, if getting onto a mat is too difficult for you.
Mats are available for class use, but bring your own if you can.
This is a women's only class. An open class is held on Tuesdays 6-7pm.
