Instructor Jude has been practising yoga for 26 years and is a certified teacher in Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga. She has taught in studios and gyms, in community and corporate settings as well as private classes. She loves to share the positive benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels.
No class charge (suggested donation $5).
